When I see the sun's rays shining through the clouds, it reminds me of my loved ones looking down on me from Heaven. I always think of Joanie (my mother's best friend killed by a drunk driver) and Thistle looking down on me.
They were friends here on earth, and I KNOW they are in Heaven watching out for me.
I totally agree...and then I noticed that you had written this at 10:56AM. That's kind of a code thing between me and my parents who are in Heaven. 1056 was our address and there are many times that they let me know that they are a part of something by sending 1056.
ReplyDeleteWhen I got a divorce, I used to go to the cemetery and ask my father to help me. It was all so overwhelming and I was trying to handle it on my own. It was a long, hard, grueling ordeal.
Then the day came and I was granted a divorce.
I left the courthouse, went and got in my car and looked at the clock....10:56am. He was telling me that he had helped me, just as I had asked him to. He always took care of us on earth and now was no different.
Then I was called back for a repeat mamogram and scared out of my mind that something was wrong. I was trying to be strong. I looked at the numbers on the mamogram machine when they were doing it.........1056, and I knew my father was telling me that I was ok...and I was.
They are all in Heaven and they are, indeed, looking out for us and helping us.
That story made chills (good ones) go down my spine.
